Please ensure that all children bring appropriate clothing, to include a warm jacket for later in the evening.

In the event of a cruise being cancelled due to severe weather, customers will be notified by email of the cancellation at the weekend. All rescheduling or refunds will be processed and responded to during normal office hours (Monday to Friday) and confirmed by email or phone call.

While summer weather might be warm while passengers are boarding, it is always cooler on the water, especially in the late evenings. We advise customers to bring a warm, weatherproof jacket and to wear full length trousers to ensure your comfort. A picnic blanket is also a nice option to take onboard, which you can place on your lap later in the evening when it gets a little cooler.
-
