Enjoy a Summer Gin Cruise

Featuring: Killowen Distillery Gin & Cocktail Cruise – July 1st                                                        Symphonia Gin & Woodlabs Distillery – Gin Tasting Cruise – July 9th & 29th

Carlingford Lough is an area rich in local distilleries and home to a range of artisan gins. Described as a combination of science and nature, each of these wonderful gins feature a distinct taste, unique to each local producer. We are delighted to partner with local craft gin producers to create these immersive gin cruises.

Learn about the bespoke process that combines science and nature, with the careful balance of locally foraged botanicals to create the unique flavour combinations for these local artisan gins that you can savour as you cruise the iconic Carlingford Lough.

Meet the local gin experts and listen to the secrets behind their award-winning gin ranges, as you sample each, and learn about the best mixers to suit each.

What included:
– A welcome gin cocktail as you board and settle down for an evening of entertainment!
– 4 different gin tastings with selected mixers
– Each gin tasting will be accompanied by a selected tonic mixer
– After the tasting enjoy a full measure gin of your choice.

Afterwards, enjoy live music as we cruise the iconic Carlingford Lough, with its panoramic views of the Cooley Peninsula and the majestic Mourne Mountains. These cruises take us along the Southern shoreline, past the medieval town of Carlingford with its picturesque marina and imposing King John’s Castle. On the Northern shoreline, enjoy panoramic views of Greencastle Royal Castle, and Rostrevor Bay, as the sun sets on the majestic Cooley Peninsula and Mourne Mountain region.

Board the cruises at our terminals at either Greenore, Co. Louth or Greencastle, Co. Down, and begin your cruise along this panoramic Lough area. Keep an eye out for Finn, Carlingford Lough’s resident dolphin as we depart. He’s sure to pop up and say hello!
